PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
TUESDAY, MARCH 2, 2004
6:00 P.M.

The Prattville City Council met in Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 2, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Roll was called and Councilmen Carter, Argo and Miller were recorded as being absent. Council President Pro Tempore Renegar chaired the meeting.

AGENDA ITEM

1. RESOLUTION: TO GRANT A RESTAURANT RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSE TO FIDEL VAZQUEZ, D/B/A EL TORITO, LLC.

Cassandra Howell, 121 Lancelot Circle, Prattville, AL 36067, representative for Mr. Vazquez, appeared before the Council to urge support for the license.

Mr. Vazquez was in attendance at the meeting and Councilman Hall questioned him if he was the sole proprietor of the restaurant. Mr. Vazquez stated that he was.

Councilman Hall called a Public Safety Committee meeting immediately following the public hearing.

ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Macready made the motion to adjourn and Councilman Wood seconded the motion. The meeting closed at 6:03 p.m.
