PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2004
6:00 P.M.

The Prattville City Council met in Public Hearing on November 2nd at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Roll was called and Councilman Wood was recorded as being absent.

AGENDA ITEMS

1. ORDINANCE: REQUEST TO REZONE PROPERTY LOCATED OFF OF OLD FARM LANE AND COBBS FORD ROAD FROM FAR TO R- 3,R-4 AND B-2.

No one appeared in favor of or opposition to the Ordinance.

City Planner Joel Duke stated that the Planning Commission approved of two parcels to be rezoned to R-3, R-4 and B-2. He also clarified that the City should not anticipate any right of way problems since the landowners had agreed to giving up rights of way when a subdivision is developed. Mr. Duke further stated that the lots would be comparable in size to those located in Hollybrooke Subdivision.

There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Macready made the motion to adjourn and the motion was seconded. The meeting closed at 6:08 p.m.
