PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES

The Prattville City Council met in Public Hearing on February 15th at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall with Council President Pro-Tempore Tom Miller presiding. Roll was called and Council President Argo and Councilman Wood were recorded as being absent.

AGENDA ITEM

1. ORDINANCE: TO REZONE PROPERTY LOCATED OFF OF COUNTY ROAD 47 FROM FAR, FOREST, AGRICULTURE AND RECREATION TO R-1, SINGLE-FAMILY.

No one appeared in before the Council in favor of or opposition to the rezoning request.

ADJOURN:

There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Renegar made the motion to adjourn and Councilman Macready seconded the motion. The meeting closed at 6:05 p.m.
