MONDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2005

CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Monday, December 5th at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall. Roll was called and Councilmembers Wood, Miller, Renegar, and Fank were recorded as being absent.

AGENDA

1. RESOLUTION: TO GRANT A RESTAURANT RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSE TO ELLEN VIVONE AND ANDREW FRANCES JONES D/B/A PRATTVILLE PASTA MILL, LLC.

No one appeared in favor of or opposition to the Resolution.

ADJOURN: There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Macready made the motion to adjourn and the motion was seconded. The meeting closed at 6:02 p.m.
