PRATTVILLE CITY COUNCIL
WORK SESSION MINUTES
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2005

The Prattville City Council held a work session on Thursday, December 15th at 5:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall.

The meeting was called to order at 5:20 p.m. by Council President Pro Tempore Tom Miller. Councilmembers Gillespie, Renegar, Macready, and Fank were also recorded as present. Councilman Argo arrived at 5:22 p.m. Councilman Wood was absent. Mayor Byard and State Representative Mac Gipson were in attendance at the meeting. The media was represented by Marty Roney of the Montgomery Advertiser.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the status of the City’s request for a local legislative act for proposed annexation with State Representative Mac Gipson.

ADOURN:

Councilman Fank made a motion to adjourn and the motion was seconded. The meeting closed at 6:00 p.m.
