SPECIALSESSION
PRATTVILLE CITY COUNCIL MINUTES
TUESDAY, JANUARY 31, 2006
5:00 P.M.

The Prattville City Council met in special session on Tuesday, January 31st at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall with Council President Argo presiding. Roll was called and Councilman Miller was recorded as being absent.

Council President Argo stated that it would be necessary for the Council to go into executive session to discuss negotiations pertaining to particular economic development issues. At 5:04 p.m. Councilman Renegar made a motion to go into executive session and Councilman Macready seconded the motion. All were in favor (6-0).

Councilman Miller arrived at 5:10 p.m. and immediately joined other members of the Council in executive session.

At 5:35 p.m. Councilman Macready made a motion to go back into regular session and Councilman Fank seconded the motion. All were in favor (7-0).

ADJOURN:

There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Macready made a motion to adjourn and Councilman Fank seconded the motion. All were in favor (7-0). The meeting closed at 5:36 p.m.
