PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 2006

CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, February 7th at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall. Roll was called and Councilmembers Wood, Miller, and Renegar were recorded as being absent.

AGENDA

1. RESOLUTION: TO GRANT A LOUNGE, CLASS II PACKAGE STORE LICENSE TO KENDRICK R. MCCULLOUGH, D/B/A USA PACKAGE STORE.

Dana Elrod, 418 Harvest Loop, Prattville, AL 36066, appeared before the Council to urge support for the application. Mr. Elrod stated that he believed that the approval of this license would increase revenue for Prattville.

No one appeared in opposition to the license application.

ADJOURN: There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Macready made the motion to adjourn and the motion was seconded. The meeting closed at 6:05 p.m.
