PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
TUESDAY, APRIL 4, 2006

CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, April 4th at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Roll was called and Councilmembers Wood, Miller and Renegar were recorded as absent. Council President Argo asked that the record reflect that Councilman Wood was absent due to the recent death and the burial of his mother, Mrs. Elmira Wood on Monday, April 3rd.

AGENDA

1. RESOLUTION: TO GRANT A RESTAURANT RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSE TO KEITH R. DESMET D/B/A 3D DOGS CHICAGO STYLE.

Mr. Keith R. Desmet, owner of 3D Dogs Restaurant, appeared before the Council to urge support for his restaurant retail liquor license application. He spoke of his plans to build a deck out back of his restaurant and stated that he wanted to give his customers a choice to order alcoholic beverages from a menu.

No one appeared before the Council in opposition to the Resolution.

ADJOURN:

There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Macready made a motion to adjourn and Councilman Fank seconded the motion. The meeting closed at 6:05 p.m.
