PRATTVILLE CITY COUNCIL
PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
TUESDAY, MAY 2, 2006

CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, May 2nd at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Pro Tempore Miller called the meeting to order. Roll was called and Councilman Argo was recorded as being absent.

AGENDA

1. ORDINANCE: REQUEST TO REZONE PROPERTY LOCATED OFF OF BRIDGE CREEK ROAD FROM FAR TO R-3.

No one appeared before the Council in opposition to the Ordinance.

City Planner Joel Duke stated that the Prattville Planning Commission recommended approval of the rezoning. He further stated that this property connects to East Wind Rose. He assured Councilman Gillespie that certain issues concerning run-off will be satisfactorily handled before the City signs off on final approval of the site.

Mr. John Brown, 1618 Clear Creek Drive, Prattville, Al 36067, appeared before the Council to ask for support on the rezoning request.

ADJOURN:

There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Gillespie made a motion to adjourn and Councilman Macready seconded the motion. The meeting closed at 6:10 p.m.
