PRATTVILLE CITY COUNCIL
WORK SESSION MINUTES
TUESDAY, MAY 2, 2006

The Prattville City Council held a work session on Tuesday, May 2nd at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 101 West Main Street, Prattville, AL 36067.

The meeting was called to order by Council President Pro Tempore Tom Miller. Councilmembers Wood, Argo and Renegar were recorded as being absent. Mayor Byard and City Attorney David McDowell were in attendance at the evening’s meeting. Marty Roney of the Montgomery Advertiser represented the media.

Councilman Renegar arrived at the meeting at 5:48 p.m.

The purpose of the meeting was to allow Jackson Thornton to present a proposal to the Council for recommendations brought about due to a recent in-depth wastewater study.

It was necessary to take a 10 minute recess during the work session to allow ample time to hold a previously scheduled City Council Public Hearing.

The work session resumed at 6:10 p.m.

ADJOURN:

Councilman Fank made a motion to adjourn and Councilman Gillespie seconded the motion. The meeting closed at 6:28 p.m.
