PRATTVILLE CITY COUNCIL
WORK SESSION MINUTES
MONDAY, JUNE 19, 2006

The Prattville City Council held a work session on Monday, June 19th at 6:00 p.m. at Doster Community Center, 424 South Northington Street, Prattville, AL 36067.

The meeting was called to order by Council President Argo. All members of the Council were recorded as being present. Mayor Byard and City Attorney David McDowell, Wastewater Superintendent Kenny DeRamus, Leisure Services Director Drew Peterson, Finance Director Mac Champion, and Sanitation Director Edward Clinton were also in attendance at the evening’s meeting.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the proposed Wastewater and Sanitation fee schedule increases which were made as a result of the Jackson Thorton in-depth study and to discuss a proposed $1.50 per month fee increase for garbage rates.

The Leisure Services Committee proposed a fee schedule increase for all City facilities.

ADJOURN:

Councilman Fank made a motion to adjourn and the motion was seconded. The meeting closed at 7:30 p.m.
