PRATTVILLE CITY COUNCIL
WORK SESSION MINUTES
MONDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2006

The Prattville City Council held a work session on Monday, October 9th at 6:00 p.m. in the Prattville Police Department Squad Room at City Hall, 101 West Main Street, Prattville, AL 36067.

The meeting was called to order by Council President Argo. All councilmembers were recorded as being present. City Attorney David McDowell, Mayor Byard and the Mayor’s Executive Assistant Boo Rogers were recorded as being present as well as the following department heads: City Clerk Gina P. Smith, Police Chief Alfred Wadsworth and Leisure Services Director Drew Peterson. The media was represented by Marty Roney of the Montgomery Advertiser.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss an Ordinance to authorize the issuance of $1,595,000.00 principal amount of general obligation warrants, series 2006, which was held from the September 19th council meeting.

ADJOURN:

Councilman Fank made a motion to adjourn and the motion was seconded. The meeting closed at 7:25 p.m.
