PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 2007

CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, February 6th at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Pro Tempore Tom Miller called the meeting to order. Roll was called and Council President Argo and Councilman Renegar were recorded as being absent.

AGENDA

1. RESOLUTION: TO GRANT A RESTAURANT RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSE TO J& N PRATTVILLE, LLC (JIM & NICK’S).

Mr. Murray Ross, 202 Bonita Drive, Birmingham, AL, appeared before the Council in favor of the license application. Mr. David Gadilhe, co-owner of the Restaurant was also in attendance at the meeting.

No one appeared in opposition to the license application.

ADJOURN:

There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Macready made a motion to adjourn and Councilman Fank seconded the motion. The meeting closed at 6:10 p.m.
