PRATTVILLE CITY COUNCIL
WORK SESSION MINUTES
MONDAY, APRIL 30, 2007

The Prattville City Council held a work session on Monday, April 30th at 5:30 p.m. at Doster Memorial Community Center, 424 S. Northington Street, Prattville, AL 36067.

The meeting was called to order by Council President Dean Argo. All Councilmembers were recorded as being present. City Attorney David McDowell was recorded as being present as well as the following department heads: City Clerk Gina P. Smith, Police Chief Alfred Wadsworth, Finance Director Rod Morgan, Wastewater Superintendent Kenny DeRamus and City Planner Joel Duke. Captain John Richardson and Robert L. Martin, III of the State of Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board (ABC) were in attendance. There was no representation from the media.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the City of Prattville’s current liquor license schedule and to discuss an Ordinance to establish the control of discharge of fats, oils, and grease into the Prattville sanitary sewer system.

ADJOURN:

Councilman Fank made a motion to adjourn and the motion was seconded. The meeting closed at 7:00 p.m.
