SPECIAL SESSION
PRATTVILLE CITY COUNCIL MINUTES
THURSDAY, AUGUST 23, 2007
6:00 P.M.

The Prattville City Council met in special session on Thursday, August 23^rd at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall with Council President Argo presiding. After the pledge of allegiance, Council President Argo gave the invocation. Roll was called and all were recorded as being present.

The purpose of the meeting was to allow Mr. Phil Thomason of Thomason and Associates an opportunity to present the local historic district draft design guidelines to the City Council, the Historic Preservation Committee (HPC) and the Historic Prattville Redevelopment Authority (HPRA).

At 6:05 p.m. Council President Argo stated that the Council would recess for the presentation. A copy of the presentation is attached for the record. All were in favor. At 7:10 p.m. the Councilman Macready made a motion to go back in session and Councilman Fank seconded the motion. All were in favor.

ADJOURN:

There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Macready made a motion to adjourn and the motion was seconded. The meeting closed at 7:10 p.m.
