PRATTVILLE CITY COUNCIL
WORK SESSION MINUTES
MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2007

The Prattville City Council held a work session on Monday, September 10^th at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 101 West Main Street, Prattville, AL 36067.

The meeting was called to order by Council President Dean Argo. Councilmen Wood and Fank and City Attorney David McDowell were recorded as being absent. Department Heads Charlotte Reid and Napoleon Steele were also recorded as being absent. Mayor Byard and Executive Assistant Boo Rogers were recorded as being present as well as the following department heads: Gina P. Smith, Alfred Wadsworth, Rod Morgan, Kenny DeRamus, Joel Duke, Edward Clinton, Brad Belden, George Williams, Stanley Gann, Drew Peterson and Robby Anderson. LeAnn Kervin attended the meeting in Mr. Steele’s place. There was no representation from the media.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the City of Prattville’s 2007-2008 general operating budget.

ADJOURN:

Councilman Macready made a motion to adjourn and the motion was seconded. The meeting closed at 6:40 p.m.
