PRATTVILLE CITY COUNCIL
WORK SESSION MINUTES
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2008

The Prattville City Council held a work session on Monday, February 25^th at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 101 West Main Street, Prattville, AL 36067.

The meeting was called to order by Council President Pro-Tempore Miller. Council President Argo and City Attorney David McDowell were recorded as being absent. Mayor Byard was recorded as being present as well as the following department heads: Gina P. Smith, Alfred Wadsworth, Rod Morgan, Joel Duke, and Edward Clinton. The media was represented by Don Fletcher of the Prattville progress and Andre Coe of the Montgomery Advertiser.

The purpose of the meeting was for Mayor Byard to update the Council on the progress that has been made since the tornado hit on Sunday, February 17^th. The Mayor reported on debris removal, employee overtime pay, and assistance from other entities in regards to equipment and employees.

ADJOURN:

There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Fank made a motion to adjourn and the motion was seconded. The meeting closed at 7:00 p.m.
