PRATTVILLE CITY COUNCIL
PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
TUESDAY, APRIL 1, 2008

CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, April 1, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Argo called the meeting to order. Roll was called and Councilmen Miller and Fank were recorded as being absent.

AGENDA

1. RESOLUTION: TO GRANT A RETAIL BEER ON-PREMISE ONLY LICENSE TO RED HAWK PRATTVILLE, LLC D/B/A MOE’S SOUTHWEST GRILL #627.

Jim Lichtefeld, 628 Clairmont Road, Sterret, AL, appeared before the Council as Representative of Moe’s Southwest Grill, in favor of the request.

No one appeared in opposition to the request.

2. RESOLUTION: TO GRANT A RESTAURANT RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSE FOR GMRI, INC. D/B/A THE OLIVE GARDEN RESTAURANT #1763.

Alfred White, 659 Little Farm Road, Prattville, AL 36066, appeared before the Council as General Manager of the Olive Garden Restaurant, in favor of the request. Mr. White stated that the restaurant will open for lunch the week of April 28^th and will open for lunch and dinner the following week.

No one appeared in opposition to the request.

ADJOURN:

There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Macready made a motion to adjourn and the motion was seconded. The meeting closed at 6:05 p.m.
