PRATTVILLE CITY COUNCIL
PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
TUESDAY, JUNE 3, 2008

CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Pro-Tempore Miller called the meeting to order. Roll was called and Council President Argo was recorded as being absent.

AGENDA

1. RESOLUTION: TO GRANT A RESTAURANT RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSE FOR GLENDA B. STANFORD, LLC. D/B/A PASTA PIZZERIA AND GRILL.

Glenda Stanford, 116 Dellwood Court, Prattville, AL, 36066, appeared before the Council as Representative of Pasta Pizzeria and Grill, in favor of the request to serve beer and wine. Ms. Sanford stated that she took over the small Italian Restaurant in February.

No one appeared in opposition to the request.

2. RESOLUTION: TO GRANT A RESTAURANT RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSE FOR RIVER DOUGH, INC. D/B/A MELLOW MUSHROOM PIZZA.

Greg McCollum, 2641 Legends Parkway, Prattville, AL 36066, appeared before the Council in favor of the request. Mr. McCollum stated that the restaurant should open on or about June 22^nd.

No one appeared in opposition to the request.

ADJOURN:

There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Macready made a motion to adjourn and the motion was seconded. The meeting closed at 6:08 p.m.
