PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2, 2008

CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, September 2, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Argo called the meeting to order. Roll was called and Councilman Miller was recorded as being absent.

AGENDA

1. RESOLUTION: TO DECLARE VARIOUS WEEDED LOTS TO BE A PUBLIC NUISANCE AND ORDERING THEIR ABATEMENT PER TITLE 11, CHAPTER 67 OF THE CODE OF ALABMA, 1975, AS AMENDED.

No one appeared in favor of the Ordinance.

Mr. Dane Williams, 154 Imogene Street, Prattville, Al 36067, appeared before the Council to state that he has brought his property up to code.

City Planner Joel Duke gave a report on the list of properties which have not been brought up to code.

ADJOURN:

There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Renegar made a motion to adjourn and the motion was seconded. The meeting closed at 6:05 p.m.
