PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
MONDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2008

CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Monday, October 6, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Argo called the meeting to order. Roll was called and Councilman Miller was recorded as being absent.

AGENDA

1. RESOLUTION: TO GRANT A RESTAURANT RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSE FOR CINDY ENTERPRISES, LLC D/B/A PASTA PIZZERIA & GRILL.

Cindy Stephens, owner of the Restaurant, appeared before the Council in favor of the application request. No one appeared in opposition to the request.

Councilman Miller arrived at 6:02 p.m.

2. RESOLUTION: TO GRANT A LOUNGE RETAIL LIQUOR, CLASS I LICENSE FOR BAMA LANES PRATTVILLE, LLC D/B/A BLUE IGUANA.

No one appeared in favor of or opposition to the Resolution.

ADJOURN:

There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Renegar made a motion to adjourn and Councilman Macready seconded the motion. The meeting closed at 6:05 p.m.
