CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, October 21, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Argo called the meeting to order. Roll was called and all were recorded as being present.

There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Macready made a motion to adjourn and the motion was seconded. The meeting closed at 5:55 p.m.
