PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
TUESDAY, NOVEMER 4, 2008

CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, November 4^th at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Argo called the meeting to order. Roll was called and all were recorded as being present.

AGENDA

1. RESOLUTION: TO GRANT A RETAIL BEER LICENSE, ON PREMISE ONLY, TO FRANCISCO LOPEZ, D/B/A TAQUERIA LA HACIENDA.

Francisco Lopez, owner of the restaurant appeared before the Council in support of the application request.

No one appeared before the Council in opposition to the Resolution.

2. RESOLUTION: REQUEST TO REZONE PROPERTY LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE EXCHANGE, SOUTH OF LEGENDS DRIVE FROM PUD TO B-2.

No one appeared before the Council in favor of or in opposition to the Resolution.

3. RESOLUTION: DECLARE VARIOUS WEEDED LOTS TO BE A PUBLIC NUISANCE AND ORDERING THEIR ABATEMENT PER TITLE 11, CHAPTER 67 OF THE CODE OF ALABAMA, 1975, AS AMENDED.

No one appeared before the Council in favor of or in opposition to the Resolution.

ADJOURN:

There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Renegar made a motion to adjourn and Councilman Fank seconded the motion. The meeting closed at 6:07 p.m.
