PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2008

CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, December 2^nd at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Argo called the meeting to order. Roll was called and all were recorded as being present.

AGENDA

1. ORDINANCE: REQUEST TO REZONE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 424 OLD FARM LANE FROM FAR TO B-2.

Joe Turner, 511 Old Farm Lane, Prattville, AL 36066, appeared before the Council in favor of the rezoning request.

No one appeared before the Council in opposition to the Ordinance.

City Planner Joel Duke described the property as being located directly behind the Days Inn, just west of Lowe’s. He further stated that the Planning Commission recommended the rezoning.

ADJOURN:

There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Renegar made a motion to adjourn and Councilman Miller seconded the motion. The meeting closed at 6:04 p.m.
