PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
TUESDAY, APRIL 7, 2009

CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, April 7^th at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Argo called the meeting to order. After the Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag, Council President Argo gave the invocation. All councilmembers were recorded as being present.

AGENDA

1. RESOLUTION: TO GRANT A RESTAURANT RETAIL BEER LICENSE, ON-PREMISE ONLY FOR RORY SMITH, FIRST FAMILY RESTAURANTS, INC. D/B/A SHONEY’S RESTAURANT.

No one appeared in favor of or opposition to the Resolution.

ADJOURN:

There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Renegar made the motion to adjourn and Councilman Fank seconded the motion. The meeting closed at 6:02 p.m.
