 PRATTVILLE CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 2009 CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, September 1st at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Argo called the meeting to order. Roll was called and all were recorded as being present. AGENDA 1. RESOLUTION: TO DECLARE VARIOUS WEEDED LOTS TO BE A PUBLIC NUISANCE AND ORDERING THEIR ABATEMENT PER TITLE 11, CHAPTER 67 OF THE CODE OF ALABAMA, 1975, AS AMENDED. No one appeared in favor of the Resolution. Mr. John Mitchell, owner of the property at 342 West Sixth Street, Prattville, 36067, appeared before the Council to report that his property has been brought up to code. ADJOURN: There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Renegar made the motion to adjourn and Councilman Gillespie seconded the motion.
