PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, January 5^th at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Argo called the meeting to order. Roll was called and all were recorded as being present.

AGENDA

1. RESOLUTION: TO GRANT A RESTAURANT RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSE FOR DARIAN O. CLARK AND KENDRICK L. HARDY, D/B/A SMOOTHIES N THINGS.

Darian Clark, owner of Smoothies n Things appeared before the Council to urge support for his application.

No one spoke in opposition to the application.

ADJOURN:

There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Renegar made the motion to adjourn and Councilman Boles seconded the motion. The meeting closed at 6:03 p.m.
