PRATTVILLE CITY COUNCIL
WORK SESSION MINUTES
MARCH 22, 2010

The Prattville City Council held a work session on Monday, March 22^nd at 5:30 p.m. at Doster Memorial Community Center, 424 South Northington Street, Prattville, AL 36067.

The meeting was called to order by Council President Argo. Councilman Boles was recorded as being absent. Mayor Byard and City Attorney David McDowell were recorded as being present. The following department heads were also in attendance: Planning Director Joel Duke, Finance Director Rod Morgan, City Clerk Gina P. Smith, and Police Chief Alfred Wadsworth. Sanitation Forman BoBo Boles attended the meeting for Sanitation Director Edward Clinton who was out of state.

The media was represented by Marc and Melissa Parker with the on-line magazine “OurPrattville.com.”

The purpose of the meeting was for the Mayor and members of the Council to view a presentation by Eric Kolb regarding RecycleBank’s curbside recycling program. Mr. Kolb informed the Mayor and Councilmembers that anyone interested in receiving this service would be required to sign up for it.

Councilman Boles arrived at the meeting at 6:40 p.m. Councilman Fank left the meeting at 6:55 p.m.

ADJOURN:

Councilman Renegar made a motion to adjourn and the motion was seconded. The meeting closed at 7:10 p.m.
