PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall Council President Dean Argo called the meeting to order. Roll was called and Councilmembers Boles and Fank were recorded as being absent.

AGENDA

1. RESOLUTION: TO DECLARE VARIOUS WEEDED LOTS TO BE A PUBLIC NUISANCE AND ORDERING THEIR ABATEMENT PER TITLE 11, CHAPTER 67 OF THE CODE OF ALABAMA, 1975, AS AMENDED.

Councilman Boles arrived at 6:02 p.m.

No one appeared before the Council to speak in favor of or in opposition to the Resolution.

ADJOURN:

There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Renegar made a motion to adjourn and Councilman Wood seconded the motion. The meeting closed at 6:02 p.m.
