CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at 5:45 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall Council President Dean Argo called the meeting to order. Roll was called and Councilmembers Gillespie, Wood, Renegar, and Boles were recorded as being absent.

AGENDA

1. ORDINANCE: REQUEST TO REZONE OLD RIDGE ROAD FROM R-2 TO R-3 AND R-5.

No one appeared before the Council to speak in favor of or in opposition to the Ordinance.

2. RESOLUTION: TO DECLARE VARIOUS WEEDED LOTS TO BE A PUBLIC NUISANCE AND ORDERING THEIR ABATEMENT PER TITLE 11, CHAPTER 67 OF THE CODE OF ALABAMA, 1975, AS AMENDED.

No one appeared before the Council to speak in favor of or in opposition to theResolution.

ADJOURN:

There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Fank made a motion to adjourn and Councilman Miller seconded the motion. The meeting closed at 5:49 p.m.
