PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
TUESDAY, AUGUST 3, 2010

CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall Council President Dean Argo called the meeting to order. Roll was called and Councilman Boles was recorded as being absent.

AGENDA

1. RESOLUTION: TO DECLARE VARIOUS WEEDED LOTS TO BE A PUBLIC NUISANCE AND ORDERING THEIR ABATEMENT PER TITLE 11, CHAPTER 67 OF THE CODE OF ALABAMA, 1975, AS AMENDED.

No one appeared before the Council to speak in favor of or in opposition to the Resolution.

2. ORDINANCE: REQUEST TO ZONE PROPERTY LOCATED ON MOSES ROAD TO R-3.

Mr. Joe Turner, with AllSouth Corporation, appeared before the Council as a representative of owners of the property to urge support for the zoning request.

No one appeared in opposition to the request.

ADJOURN:

There being no further business to come before the Council, Councilman Renegar made a motion to adjourn and Councilman Gillespie seconded the motion. The meeting closed at 6:04 p.m.
