CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall Council President Tom Miller called the meeting to order. Roll was called and Councilman Renegar was recorded as being absent.

1. ORDINANCE: REQUEST TO ZONE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 549 COVERED BRIDGE PARKWAY TO R-4.

No one appeared before the Council to speak in favor of or in opposition to the Ordinance.

2. ORDINANCE: REQUEST TO ZONE PROPERTY LOCATED ON COVERED BRIDGE PARKWAY TO R-4.

No one appeared before the Council to speak in favor of or in opposition to the Ordinance.

3. ORDINANCE: REQUEST TO ZONE PROPERTY LOCATED AT OLD RIDGE ROAD TO R-3 AND R-5.

No one appeared before the Council to speak in favor of or in opposition to the Ordinance.

There being no further business to come before the Council, Council President Miller immediately moved into the regular Council meeting at 6:02.
