PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Mike Renegar called the meeting to order. Roll was called and Councilman Wood was recorded as being absent.

AGENDA

1. RESOLUTION: To Declare Various Weeded Lots to be a Public Nuisance and Ordering Their Abatement per Title 11, Chapter 67 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as Amended.

No one appeared in favor of, or in opposition to this Resolution.

Councilman Wood arrived at 6:01 p.m.

ADJOURN:

There being no further business to come before the council, the public hearing was adjourned at 6:02 p.m.
