PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2011

CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at 6:01 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Mike Renegar called the meeting to order. Roll was called and all were recorded as being present.

AGENDA

1. RESOLUTION: TO DECLARE VARIOUS WEEDED LOTS TO BE A PUBLIC NUISANCE AND ORDERING THEIR ABATEMENT PER TITLE 11, CHAPTER 67 OF THE CODE OF ALABAMA, 1975 AS AMENDED.

No one appeared to speak in favor of or in opposition to this Resolution.

2. RESOLUTION: TO GRANT A RESTAURANT RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSE FOR GEORGE HARVEY RUSSELL, OWNER, D/B/A THE CAFÉ, LLC.

Mr. Russell, owner of the business located at 143 N. Memorial Drive, Prattville, AL, appeared before the council to make himself available for questions. There were no questions from the council.

ADJOURN:

There being no further business to come before the council, Council President Pro Tempore Fank made a motion to adjourn and Councilman Miller seconded the motion. The public hearing was adjourned at 6:03 p.m.
