PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 18, 2011
6:01 P.M.

CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at 6:01 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Mike Renegar called the meeting to order. Roll was called and Councilman Miller was recorded as being absent.

AGENDA

1. RESOLUTION: To Declare Various Weeded Lots to be a Public Nuisance and Ordering Their Abatement per Title 11, Chapter 67 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as Amended. (Sponsored By: Council President Pro Tempore Fank)

No one appeared to speak in favor of or in opposition to this Resolution.

ADJOURN:

There being no further business to come before the council, Councilman Striplin made a motion to adjourn and Councilman Wood seconded the motion. The public hearing was adjourned at 6:02 p.m.
