SPECIAL SESSION MINUTES
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 2011

The Prattville City Council met in special session on Monday November 21, 2011, at 5:59 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Roll was called and Council President Pro Tempore Fank was recorded as being absent.

AGENDA

1. RESOLUTION: TO APPOINT CATHY DICKERSON AS CITY CLERK FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE 2008 QUADRENNIUM.

Councilman Argo made a motion to adopt the Resolution and Councilman Miller seconded the motion. There being no discussion, the Resolution was adopted with the following results:

AYES:	STRIPLIN, WOOD, ARGO, MILLER, RENEGAR, BOLES	6
NAYS:	NONE	0
ABSTAINED:	NONE	0
ABSENT:	FANK	1

ADJOURN:

There being no further business to come before the council, Councilman Boles made a motion to adjourn and Councilman Argo seconded the motion. The meeting adjourned at 6:01 p.m.
