1. RESOLUTION: To authorize and direct the Mayor to enter into a Contract for Consulting Services with Goodwyn Mills & Cawood. Cost not to exceed $15,000. Contract expires on September 30, 2012.
   
   
2. RESOLUTION: To Appoint James E. Miles to the Board of Zoning Adjustments.
   
   
3. RESOLUTION: To Authorize the Hiring of Three (3) Seasonal Leisure Services Employees at a Cost not to Exceed $6,200.00.
   
   
4. RESOLUTION: To Authorize the Mayor to Enter into Ambulance Contract with Autauga County.
   
   
5. RESOLUTION: To Authorize the Mayor to Sign and to Ratify and Affirm Any Contracts for Services for Community Initiatives and City-County Services as Specified in FY2011-2012 Budget.
