| Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires the City of Prattville, as a public entity with more than 50 employees, designate an individual to oversee the city’s compliance with the ADA. The city’s ADA Coordinator is Joel T. Duke, City Planner. These responsibilities for compliance only apply to the City of Prattville programs, services and facilities. Grievance Process Also, in accordance with the ADA, the City of Prattville has an established grievance process ADA and Entities Other than the City of Prattville Enforcement of the ADA is the responsibility of the U. S. Department of Justice, which may be contacted at www.ada.gov. Many of the accessibility requirements of the ADA are duplicated by the city’s building code.
