Artist Shows & Exhibits

The Gallery at the Prattville Creative Arts Center is hosting an exhibit by graphite artist Scott Crockett during the month of June.  Scott’s meticulously created portraits and other works have garnered numerous awards.  Most recently his piece titled Guiding Star was awarded the Bucks and Jean Weil Award at the Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts joint exhibit with the Montgomery Art Guild.  Guiding Star will be on exhibit at a reception at the Prattville Gallery on Sunday, June 16.  The exhibit starts June 1 and will hang through June 30.  The exhibit and reception are both free and open to the public.  Gallery hours are Friday and Saturday from 10am-2pm and Sundays from 1-4pm.  For more information or a private tour of the exhibit contact Barbara Simpson at the City of Prattville Special Events office at 334/358-0297 or .
