 With the exception of bids for capital projects, the City Clerk's office also handles bids for services and supplies, which come under the State bid law. Vendors must send a request to be placed on the City bid list in order for them to be notified when bids are to be submitted. The request must be on the vendor's company letterhead and addressed to the City Clerk. The letter must also state the products or services offered by the vendor. Current Open Bids The City of Prattville is currently accepting bids for bid number 010-002 for forty (40) or more Bushmaster BCWA3F-16, 5.56/223 Patrol carbine 16” barrel. Bids will be opened in public on Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
