 With the exception of bids for capital projects, the City Clerk's office also handles bids for services and supplies, which come under the State bid law. Vendors must send a request to be placed on the City bid list in order for them to be notified when bids are to be submitted. The request must be on the vendor's company letterhead and addressed to the City Clerk. The letter must also state the products or services offered by the vendor. Current Open Bids The City of Prattville is currently accepting bids on bid number 010-006 for pest control services for City owned buildings and facilities. Chemicals used shall meet all local, state and federal guidelines. Applicators must be bonded and certified and must possess any required state or federal license as well as a City of Prattville business license upon award of bid. You may request an official bid form by calling the City Clerk’s office at 334-361-3606 or e-mail cityclerk@prattvilleal.gov. All bids will be opened in public on Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. |
