With the exception of bids for capital projects, the City Clerk's office also handles bids for services and supplies in compliance with the State competitive bid law.

Vendors must submit a written request to be placed on the City bid list in order for them to be notified when bids are to be submitted.

If a vendor fails to respond to three bids, the vendor will be made inactive on the bid list and will not be notified of any subsequent bids. In that case, the vendor must reapply to be placed on the active bid list.
