With the exception of bids for capital projects, the City Clerk's office also handles bids for services and supplies, which come under the State bid law.

Vendors must send a request to be placed on the City bid list in order for them to be notified when bids are to be submitted. The request must be on the vendor's company letterhead and addressed to the City Clerk. The letter must also state the products or services offered by the vendor.

How to get on the City Bid List

Please submit the name of your business with specific information regarding the services you provide or products you carry. You may submit your request by email to the City Clerk's Office or if you prefer, you may send your request on your company letterhead addressed to the City Clerk’s Office, 101 West Main Street, Prattville, AL 36067.
