| We bring music to life! Do You Love to Sing? Then The Prattville Community Chorus is perfect for you! Open to all adults, this non-auditioned choral group sings a variety of music from jazz to classical, from sacred to contemporary. We are currently seeking adult singers to add to our group. The Community Chorus meets on Monday nights at the First United Methodist Church Choir room from 6:30-8:30 p.m. For more information about the Community Chorus, please call the Cultural Arts office at 334-358-0297. History of the Chorus The Prattville Community Chorus was established in 1972 as an organization to provide cultural opportunities for members and the community by presenting choral programs for the benefit of the public. We are a non-denominational organization and auditions are not required. The Prattville Community Chorus is sponsored by The Prattville Cultural Arts Center and we are members of the Arts Council.
Each year, the Chorus presents musical programs for the benefit of the community, including a Christmas and Spring concert. The Prattville Community Chorus also performs musical programs for community organizations and businesses.
Make plans now for an enjoyable evening of fine food and entertainment as the Prattville Community Chorus join voices for their traditional Spring Concert. Tickets will be available through Chorus members or you can purchase them at the Cultural Arts/Special Events office at 403 W. 4th Street. For more information, please call 358-0297. Tickets are $15.00 and include dinner.
