Holiday Schedules

Labor Day Schedule

City offices are closed on September 1st in observance of Labor Day. No garbage or yard debris (trash) will be collected on this day. Monday's routes will be collected on Tuesday, September 2nd. We will make every attempt to collect Tuesday's routes on September 2nd as well. Should Sanitation not finish Tuesday's routes, they will complete them on September 3rd along with Wednesday's routes. Normal garbage service will resume on Thursday and Friday.

No yard debris (trash) will be collected on Tuesday, September 2nd as garbage, by its very nature, is our primary focus after a holiday. Wednesday's yard debris (trash) routes will be completed on September 3rd. Once those routes are completed, crews will begin Monday and Tuesday routes. Thursday's yard debris (trash) routes will be completed on September 4th. Once those routes are completed, crews will finish any leftover Monday and Tuesday routes. Friday's yard debris (trash) routes and any uncompleted routes will be collected on September 5th.

Should you have any questions or issues during this time, please contact Sanitation at 334.595.0621. Management will be out handling needs outside of the holiday schedule so if you do not get an answer at the number above, please feel free to contact Public Works at 334.595.0482.
