Pastor Arrested for Possession of Child Pornography

The Prattville Police Department has arrested a local pastor on five (5) warrants for Possession of Child Pornography. Clyde David Myers, 63 years of age, of 218 Walnut Street in Prattville was arrested Tuesday afternoon around 5:45 PM and placed in the Autauga Metro Jail under $75,000 bond for each charge. David Myers is the pastor of the Prattville Community Church on Fifth Street in Prattville. As the investigation is ongoing, Prattville Police Department will not be granting interviews at this time. This suffices as our official statement regarding this matter.
