The City of Prattville has many areas where water may collect and stagnate. The city's ordinance addresses all situations where water may collect and stagnate as well as with stagnant swimming pools.

The Code Inspector will issue a ten (10) day notice to the person in control of the property. If the person does not treat or remove the water within that time, an arrest warrant will be issued so that the person in control of the property will appear in court.
