Prattville’s Way Off Broadway Theatre is getting in the holiday spirit and is proud to present two plays, A Laura Ingalls Wilder Christmas and The Mice and The Manger. These two plays will be performed back to back and for the ticket price of just one play!
The Mice and The Manger, by Karen Jones through Pioneer Publishing, is about the greatest story ever told but is told through the eyes of the mice who were there on that very first Christmas. Witness the story of the Christ child’s birth from a whole new perspective. This play features a cast of all children, the future thespians of the community.
A Laura Ingalls Wilder Christmas, by Laura Brooks through Dramatic Publishing, tells a holiday story of healing that celebrates the importance of enduring family bonds. This family-friendly play will warm your heart through its period songs, humor and depth of character.
The plays will be performed on Thursdays through Sundays, beginning on December 8 and ending on December 18. Ticket price is $10 in advance and $12 at the door and includes both performances each night.
