Enjoy an Evening Celebrating Alabama BluesThe Prattville Creative and Performing Arts Council is pleased to announce that, in conjunction with the 2013 Fountain City Arts Festival, it will honor internationally known blues performer Debbie Bond and the Alabama Blues Project which she founded with the late great blues musician Johnny Shines. The Alabama Blues Project was founded in 1995 for the purpose of teaching the art of the blues to Alabama's youth so that this American music style will be passed on for generations. The Honoree Dinner will be held on Friday, March 22, 2013, at the beautiful Marriott Legends at Capitol Hill in Prattville. | |||
