Auburn Montgomery Continuing Education and the Prattville Area Chamber of Commerce have announced the next Prattville Business Breakfast event. Robert S. Milligan, Chairman of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, will be the keynote speaker. Robert S. Milligan is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Executive Committee. Milligan will discuss the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's campaign "American Free Enterprise. Dream Big." As a nation, we face major policy challenges - none greater or more important than creating the 20 million jobs needed in the next decade to replace the jobs lost in the current recession and to meet the needs of America's growing workforce. Milligan graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a bachelor's degree in vocational agriculture economics. He earned his corporate law degree from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He started his career with the White House Office of Trade Negotiations and at the Department of Commerce as a deputy assistant secretary for policy development.
