The City of Prattville is pleased to honor as our Grand Marshals for the Annual Christmas Parade the Southern Company/Alabama PoweraGrand Marshalnd Central Alabama Electric Cooperative Linemen who
unselfishly responded during the dreadful storms that ripped through Prattville and Autauga County recently. When so many residents were without power, these Linemen worked tirelessly to build back and repair lines so that power could be restored as quickly as possible.

The Parade will be significantly different this year, having only half the entries as in years past and all entries will be local.

The Parade will begin at 7:00 p.m. at the corner of 4 th and Court Streets by the Autauga County Courthouse. The parade will follow a different route from the past few years. It will start at the Courthouse and turn onto West 4 th Street, then turn left onto Washington Street, and right onto Wetumpka Street. From Wetumpka Street it will turn right onto Northington Street and follow Northington until it reaches Doster Road, then turn left and end at Stanley Jensen Football Stadium. The parade will not go along Main Street this year, in hopes that this new route will ease the congestion and help with efforts to practice social distancing due to COVID19.

Come out and enjoy this wonderful family-friendly event and help us salute the men and women of Southern Company/Alabama Power and Central Alabama Electric Cooperative for their hard work and dedication to the citizens of Prattville and Autauga County.
