Do I have to come by the Finance Department in person to apply and/or renew a Business License?

Not necessarily, if you are renewing or are a new business outside our city limits and paying with a Visa or MasterCard, you can renew via the Finance department’s email  , fax 344-361-3608 or mail to City of Prattville P.O. Box 680190 Prattville, AL 36068. If you are a NEW business inside our city limits, you must come in person to the Finance department located in City Hall at 101 West Main Street Prattville, AL 36067.
